This is consistent with being the tombstone of Richard Pearce and Jane Philips.  However age of Jane appears to be “84” on tombstone

William and Hannah? may be the parents of  Jane Philips wife of Richard Pearce (see above)

Possibly related to the Stephens family of Newland and Clearwell.  1st John (ca 1709-1767) is possible father of Thomas Stephens (1728-1795) buried in Newland churchyard.  No baptismal record has been found for Thomas.
