A pretty double -wedding was cele-
brated at tbe Pinnaroo Baptist
Manse on Wednesday of last week,
Pastor J.A. Ramsay being the
officiating clergyman. The contrac-
ting parties were Mr Horace Ran-
dolph Monrow Joseph Waye and,
Margaret Emma Hunter and Cyril
John Mangnoson and Florintina
Marie Hunter.

WIFE WITHOUT SUPPORT
Husband Ordered to Pay
Cyril John Mangnoson, builder's
laborer, Of Largs Bay, was charged be-
fore Mr. L. H. Haslam, S.M., in No. 3
Adelaide Police Court today with having
left his wife (Florentina Marie) at Largs
Bay on and since June 1 without ade-
quate means of support.
Defendaut was ordered tox pay £1 a
week toward the maintenance of his
wife.
Mr. C. J. Philcox, of the Stlate Chil-
dren's Department, said that the parties
were married on July 25, 1924. On March
25 last they entered into an agreement
of separation, under which defendant
consented to pay his wife £1 a week.
Since that time he had paid her only
£9. The wife was a cripple.
Defendant said that he had entered
Into a share farming agreement, and
had no ready money. He would be pre-
pared to pay after the 1926-27 harvest.
He agreed to assign sufficient of his
share in the farming project to cover
the £1 a week due to his wife.

In the Supreme Court of South Australia in an
action in which his wife claims an order for
divorce on the ground of his habitual and wilful
failure during five years and more preceding the
issue of the writ in this notion to pay maintenance
ordered to be paid to her and in such action
his wife intends to ask for on order for divorce
only and if Cyril John Mingnoson desires to be
heard in opposition to the claim he must file an
appearance In the office of the Master of the
Supreme Court of South Australia within forty
five days of the publication of the latest advertise-
ment directed to be published in this action other
wise orders may be made against him in his
