from Carl Geo. Kiesewetter. The appli
cant, for whom Mr. L. D. Seaton ap
peared, said that the marriage took place
on Mar 9, 1906. In February, 1924, the
respondent departed from the home, tak
ing all his belongings with him. Later he
said that he had no intention of ever
returning, and that he was living with
another woman* named May Donovan,
on a farm at Pithara.
'I have never had a request for an
enter of this kind before,' said Mr. Jus-
tice Draper.
'This lady,' said Mr. Seaton. 'has
-religious scruples against petitioning for
divorce.'
- The application was granted. Mrs.
Kiesewetter said that she was married
in the Lutheran Church, lerth.
