HEINRICH ROBERT ARNDT, son of Caroline Fietz, nee
Arndt, born on the 10th of March, 1850, in Budzrwro (District
Wrcschen), is said lo have emigrated to Australia in the year
1851 or 1852, and nothing has been heard of him ever since.
At the motion of his appointed guardinn, Christoph Fietz,
proprietor at Budziwro, the said Heinrich Robert Arndt, his
heirs, and inheritors, are hereby called upon to apply to the
undersigned Court of Justice not later than the
16th SEPTEMBER. 1882, IN THE MORNING,
AT 10 O'CLOCK,
the day appointed in this matter, otherwise the said Arndt will be
proclaimed dead.
As far as has been ascertained the property of the said Arndt
amounts to 700 Mark.
Wleschen (Provinceof Posen, Kingdom of Prussia), the 30th
May, 1881.
