GONE
Death of Mr. C. A. Bahr
Mr. Carl August Balir (90) died at
his residence, 18 Agnes street, Ellen
dale, at 8.30 last evening, after an
illness of only about two hours' dura-
tion.
Mr. Bahr was apparently in good
health, and spirits during the day, but
late in the afternoon he said he felt
a little out of sorts, and went to bed.
Within three hours lie was dead.
Heart failure was the cause.
Mr. Bahr, who had been in Pirle
more than 40 years, left a widow, two
adult sons, and a daughter-Messrs.
Herbert and Clement, and Mrs. J. A.
Anderson.
