In the case in which Heinrich August
Obst had previouly obtained a decree
nisi for divorce from his wife, Minna.
Emilie Adelena Obst and had named
Arthur Albert Obst as co-respondent, the
decree was made absolute on the motion
of Mr. T. E. Cleland, who represented the
petitioner.
