JOSEPH LOADER. Deceased. -Pursuant to the
provisions of the " Trusts ACD 1890," notice
is hereby given that all persons having am claims
against the estate of Joseph Loader, late of Pimpinio,
in the county of Borung, in the colony of Victoria,
farmer, deceased, who died on the 31st day of
December, 1892, letters or administration with the
will annexed of whose estate were granted on the
14th day of February, 1893, to the National Trustees,
Executors, and Agency Company of Australasia
Limited, of 454 Collins street, Melbourne, in the said
colony, are hereby required to SEND the
PARTICULARS in writing of such CLAIMS on or
before the 20th day of March, 189t, to the said com-
pany at its address aforesaid. And notice is hereby
further given, that after the said lastmentioned date
the said company will proceed to distribute the
assets of the said Joseph Loader, deceased, which
shall have come to the hands of the said company as
his administrator, amongst tho parties entitled
thereto, having regard only to the claims of which
it shall then have had notice, and the said company
will not be liable for the assets so distributed, or
any part thereof, to any person of whose claim it shall
not then have had notice.
