ADELAIDE, Wednesday.
When a bicycle and motor lorry collided in
Stephen-terrace, Walkerville, Gustav Robert
Below. 56, of Prospect Estate, the rider of
the bicycle, was Injured. He died later In
the Adelaide Hospital.

Collision With Motor Lorry
When the bicycle; which be was rid-
ing to work dwrtly after 5 o'clock yes-
terday morning, came into collision with
a Motor lorry in Stephen-street, Wal-
servile, Robert Gustav Below (56), of
Emily and Buchanan streets, Prospect
Park, an attendant at the Parkside
Mental Hospital, received fatal injuries
He was taken to the Adelaide Hos-
pital by the police ambulance, and was
admitted suffering from fractures of
both legs, a fractured skull and in-
ternal Injuries. He died about 7.45
a.m.
It is believed that Below's bicycle
skidded in loose gravel at the side of
the road, and that he was trying to
right the machine when the collision
occurred. The driver of the motor
vehicle, Mr. William Hobbs, carrier, of
Karoonda, immediately stopped the
lorry and obtained an ambulance and
medical assistance
Below had been attached to the Park-
side Hospital for about ten years.
