Divorce To Wife
In an action which became
undefended when part heard,
his Honor granted an order nisi
for divorce to Pauline Betty
Dienelt, of Cheltenham street,
Rosefield, on her counter-claim
against Raymond William Die-
nelt, of Payneham road, St.
Peters, for desertion.
Dienelt had claimed a divorce
for desertion. Mrs. Dienelt had
counter-claimed, alleging deser-
tion, and adultery with Myra
Hume, of Bunbury, WA.
Dienelt and Mrs. Dienelt had
respectively denied the allega-
tions against them. Hume did
not appear.
Miss R. F. Mitchell for Dienelt;
Mr. J. K. Alderman, with Mr. H. Zell-
Ing. for Mrs. Dienelt.
After the lunch adjournment
Miss Mitchell intimated that she
withdrew the husband's claim.
Mr. Alderman intimated that
he would limit evidence to the
question of desertion, and Mrs.
Dienelt's counter-claim pro-
ceeded on that basis.
