MRS. REBECCA ROWE DEAD
Mrs. Rebecca Rowe died at her
residence, 288 Boughtman Street,
South Broken Hill yesterday at the
age of 85 years. She was born at
Mintaro (S.A.). and had been a resi-
dent of Broken Hill for many years
The funeral, which was of a private
nature, took place today, leaving her
late residence at 10.30 a.m. She was
buried in the Methodist Cemetery in
the same grave as her husband, Mr.
William Rowe, who predeceased her
in August, 1922. The Rev. R. L. H.
Tilbrook officiated at the graveside.
The bearers were: Messrs. J. W.,
and K. Rowe, J. Shorn, G. Bartley,
and S. Alagich. all grandsons. Fred
J. Potter and Son had charge of the
funeral arrangements.
