IN HARVEST FIELD AT 90.
Mr. J. G. Knetsch, a well-known
Warracknabeal district resident, cele-
brated his 90th birthday on Sunday.
He enjoys good health, and during the
harvest did the bag sewing on the
farm of his brother, Mr. J. C. Koetsch.
The latter is aged 93 years, and Mrs
Knetsch's age exceeds 90 years. To
have three members of the family in
one household over 90 years of age
must be very nearly a State record.
They were all amongst the earliest set-
tiers in that district.

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1920 notice is
hereby given that all persons having claims
against the estate of JOHANN CHRISTIAN
KNETSCH, late of Bangerang In the State of Vic-
toria, retired farmer deceased (who died on the
twenty-seventh day of June, 1933, and probate of
whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of the
said State In its Probate Jurisdiction, on the
eighteenth day of November, 1913 to the BALLARAT
TRUSTEFS EXECUTORS AND AGENCY COM-
PANY LIMITED of 101 Lydiard street north, Balla-
rat, In the said State, the executor named therein
are hereby requested to SEND in PARTICULARS in
writing of such CLAIMS to the said executor, care
of the undersigned, on or before the twenty
eighth day of January, 1934, and notice is hereby
further given that after that day the said execu-
tor will proceed to distribute the assets of the
said Johann Christian Knetsch, deceased which
shall have come to its hands or possession among
the persons entitled thereto having regard only
to the claims of which the said executor shall
then have had notice and the said executor shall
not be liable for the assets or any part thereof
so distributed to any person of whose claim it
shall not then have had notice.
