The death occurred at her home in
Comer-street, Henty, on Saturday, of
Mrs. Anna Maria Muller, aged 80
years. Mrs. Muller was born near Mt.
Pleasant (S.A.), and with her parents,
the late Mr. and Mrs. F. Heckendorf,
went to Wodonga in 1865. At
Wodonga in 1897 Miss Heckendorf
married Mr. A. E. Muller, who pre-
deceased her by 16 years. They took
up residence in Henty in 1917. Four
sons and one daughter survive. They
are Mr. William (Temora), Rev. Albert
(Port Lincoln, S.A.), Messrs. Fre-
derick (Jondaryan, Queensland), and
Oscar Muller (Henty); Mrs. A. E. A.
Henckel (Henty), Mrs. J. ERitter
CWodonga), and Mrs. L. . Ziebarth
(Brellan) are sisters, and Messrs. H.
Heckendorf (Wodonga), and J. Heck-
endorf (Lockhart) are brothers. There
are 28 grandchildren and six great
grandchildren. Mrs. Muller was a
sincere supporter of the Lutheran
church. Burial was in the Lutheran
portion cf the Henty cemetery.
