MR. P. F. R. FIEBIG.
Mr. Paul Frederick Rudolph Fiebig, who
died at the Gawler Hospital on Tuesday,
at the age of 62, was a resident of One
Tree Hill for nearly 40 years. Born in
Germany, he landed in South. Australia as
a youth. He took tip beekeeping oh Kan-
garoo Island lor a time, alia later pur-
chased the property at One-Tree Hill, on
which the local store and post-office stand,
arid he conducted both until a few days
before his death. He also had a large
apiary, in the management of which he was
assisted isy his son. He was secretary of
the institute committee from its incep-
tion. Me. Fiebig was secretary of the
Oddfellows' Lodge. In 1893 he married
Miss Alice Loftes of One-Tree Hill, who
survives him. 'There-are three children —
Mr. C. C. Fiabig and Misses Selma and
Roma Fiebig.
