Frank Edward Earl Kuhndt, a fitter,
Fof Elizabeth street, Prospect, petitioned
for a divorce from his wife, Doris Kuhndt,
whom he married at Adelaide in 1913.
There were three children. The peti-
tioner, who was represented by the
Public Solicitor (Mr. C. A. Sandery) said
he and his wife had adopted the name of
Coombes. They lived in Botanic street,
Hackney, and a man named Fred Smith
went to board with them. On July
10 last, the respondent and Smith came
to the petitioner and confessed to him
that they loved each other, and had mis
conducted themselves. After that he left
the house, and further confession was
subsequently made in the presence of a
witness. His Honor granted the peti-
tioner a decree nisi.
