Mr. Franz Blaschek, an old and highly re-
spected resident of Geranium Plains died
on July 9 at the ripe age of 83 years. De-
ceased came to this State 34 years ago and
carried on farming pursuits with the aid of
his son William, with whom he resided
at his death. He was born in Neuberg,
Austria. A widow and five children sur-
vive out of a family of 12.
