denreich, Johann Paul Martin Klose, of Lyndoch,
fourth son of Mr. C. H. Klose, to Hilda, eldest
daughter of Mr. J. C. Graetz, of Bethanien.

15163Judicial Separation Granted
A judicial separation was granted to
Anna Clara Hulda Klose of Anzac
Highway, St. Leonards. from Johann
Paul Martin Klose, retired storekeeper.
of Loxton, by the Chief Justice (Sir
George Murray) in the Supreme Court
yesterday.
Mrs. Klose had claimed a divorce or
a judicial separation from Klose on the
grounds of alleged habitual cruelty and
desertion.
Klose denied the allegations, and al
leged that Mrs. Klose had deserted
him. He counter-claimed a divorce.
Mr. G. D. Hollison appeared for Mrs.
Klose. Klose conducted his own
case.
