IN DIVORCE.(Before Mr. Justice Sly.)
ROSENBERG v ROSENBERG.
Anna Elizabeth Rosenberg, formerly Hent-
schke, petitioned for divorce from her husband,
Edward Wilhelm Rosenberg, a mechanical en-
gineer, and native of Russia on the ground of,
desertion. Mr L Armstrong, instructed by
Messrs Higgins and Robinson, Wagga Wagga,
appeared for petitioner. Evidence was that
the parties were married in May, 1882, in South
Australia, and had been domiciled in this
State since 1887. Petitioner said her husband
was a jealous man, and made accusations
against her He left her in January, 1893, at
Wagga Wagga, promising to make a home for
her In Sydney or Goulburn. He gave her
£6 a week for some time, but had not pro-
vided the promised home, and had written
forbidding her to communicate with him
A decree nisei returnable in six months was
granted, petitioner to have custody of the
children costs against respondent.
