of Mrs. B. Schulte, of Fair View Farm, Palmer.

OBITUARY
Mr J. W. Seidel
Mr Julius Wilhelm Seidel
81, who died on August 11,
was born April 9, 1872, at
Springton. He was only
son of Mr and Mrs Christian
Seidel. He was baptised at
Springton by late Pastor
Hensel and confirmed by the
late Pastor Harms. He mar-
ried Miss Maria Auguste
Helene Schultze on Septem
ber 3, 1902. The couple
lived for some years at San-
derston where Mrs Seidel
died in 1936. Mr Seidel re-
tired from farming at San
derston in 1940 and came to
live with his daughter and
son-in-law, Mr and Mrs G.
E. Rasmus, in Angaston,
where he became a member
of Zion Church. He spent
some time in Angaston Dis
trict Hospital and 12 months
ago went to live at the Luth
eran Rest Home, Tanunda.
Left are his daughter and
son-in-law, Mr and Mrs G.
E. Rasmus and a sister.
Rev. N. G. Sander minister-
ed at the funeral. Bearers
were Messrs C. Kruger,
Banks, F. Ford and A. Klein-
ig
