35340There passed away recently at the
private hospital, Henty, a well-known
district resident in tlie person of Mr.
R. A. J. Kilo, of Edgeliill, from pneu-
monia, at the age of 40 years. The
deceased contracted a severe cold and
entered the hospital just a week pre
viously, and all medical care and at
tention was unavailing. Mr. Kilo was
born in Walla, and spent practically
the whole of his life in the Henty dis-
trict, and was employed as a farm
labourer. His death is. particularly
sad, as he leaves a wife and a young
family of eight children, the youngest
only five months old and the eldest 14
years. Four sisters of the deceased
are Mra A. Jacobs and Mrs. T. Grosse.
of Walla; and Mrs. Bockmann and
Mra. Greschke, of Albury.
