MATTHEW STEPHENS Deceased.- Pursuant to
The Statute of Trusts 1884, notice is hereby
given that all persons having any claims against the
estate of Matthew Stephens late of Sherwood, In the
colony of of Victoria, farmer, deceased are hereby
required on or before the 15th day of April next to
SEND PARTICULARS of the name to the under-
signed, the solicitor for Robert Edward Lewis, the
executor of the will of the said Matthew Stephens
to whom probate has been granted. And notice is
hereby further given that after the said fifteenth day
of April, the said Robert Edward Lewis will proceed
to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst
the persons entitled thereto having regard only to
the claims of which he shall have received notice,
and will not be answerable for the assets so distri-
buted to any person of whose claim he shall not
then have had notice.
Dated this fifteenth day of March, 1886
