While engaged in cropping at his
farm near Coromby, on Friday, Mr.
Ernst E. Liersch. 52. years, a well-
known. farmer, met with a fatal a cci-
dent. his clothing got caught on a
spindle of the combine, which drew
him into the machinery and he was
crushed to death.
