SERIOUS ACCIDENT.—A serious acciden
happened last week to Mr. Jarick, of Jindera,
who was found hanging by the neck from the
fork of a tree by the roadside, and in a state of
unconsciousness. He had, it appears, been
driving in to Albury in a cart, and it is supposed
that the horse bolted and threw him
into the position in which he was discovered.
He was removed to the Albury hospital,
where he was fouud to be suffering from a
fracture of the collar-bone and other serious
injuries. He is still in a precarious condition.
