dence of her son-in-law, Mr. Richard Sumner.

the late C. W. F. Trapmann, in her 57th year.

87263THE LATE MRS. TRAPMANN.
The remains of the late Mrs. Lucy Trap-
mann were interred in the Hindmarsh Ceme-
terry on Sunday. The deceased lady had for
many years been a resident of Hindmarsh, of
which town she was mayoress for three years.
Shee was the widow of the late Mayor Trap-
mann who predeceased her by 13 years.
Latterly Mrs. Trapmann had been connected
with the Children's Hospital, but she had to re-
sign her position a few weeks ago owing to ill
health. She will be long remembered for her
charitable disposition and cheery manners.
Besides her sisters, Mrs. John Newman,
Queen-street, Norwood ; Mrs. E. H. Boord,
Sooth Yarra, Victoria ; and Mrs. John Clinch,
of Perth. W.A.; she leaves the following
daughters:— Mrs. T. B. Harrington, Glad-
stone: Mrs. B. Sumner, Kensington; Mrs.
Norman Whiting, East Adelaide; Mrs. J.
Brazil Morgan; Nurse Trapmann, of Miss
Tibbit's Hospital; and Miss Nora Trapmann.
The chief mourners at the funeral were her
sons-in-law, Messrs. Sumner, Whiting and
Newman; Mr. Reg. Newman (nephew),
Master Sumner (grandson), Dr. H Hayes
Norman, and Mr. Driver.
