SANGER
Tho death occurred at his home,
'Wendouree,' Tooyal, on Friday, af-
ter a very long illness, of Mr.
Edward Henry Sanger, aged 58 years.
He was a highly respected resident of
the Coolamon district, where he had
lived for the last 27 years. He was the
only son of the late Mr. Edward San-
ger and Mrs. Sanger, of Tooyal, and
was born at Corowa. He had been en-
gaged in farming and grazing pursuits
all his life. He was a prominent mem-
ber of the Coolamon branch of the Far-
mers and Settler's Association. Mr. San-
ger is survived by his mother (Mrs. E
Sanger, of Tooyal), and three sisters.
Mrs. E. A. Lindner, of Lindoris, Too-
yal; Mrs. Duncan Rankin of 'Long
Leys' Daysdale, and Miss Kate San-
ger, of Tooyal. The funeral took place
on Saturday. There was a large
attendance of relatives and friends from
Coolamon, Tooyal, Millwood, Wyalong,
and Cottee. The interment took place
in the Church of England divi-
sion of the Coolamon cemetery,
where the Rev. H. Verner Rog-
ers officiated. He also conducted a
service at the house. The carriers were
Messrs. Eric Lindner (nephew), Essel
Toklev, Mervyn Tokley, Percy Lucas,
Henry M'Kay and Stanley Lucas, and
the pall bearers Messrs. E. A. Lindner
(brother-in-law), George Tokley, N.
Armstrong, Lindsay Dyce, James Lucas,
R. N. T. Williams. The chief
mourners at the graveside were
Messrs. E. A. Lindner and Eric Lind-
ner. His mother, who is aged 82
years, and her daughters were unable
to be present. The funeral arrange-
ments were carried out by Mr. J. C.
M'Donald, of Wagga.
