NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration
of fourteen days from the publication hereof
application will be made to the Supreme Court of
the State of Victoria, in its Probate jurisdiction
that PROBATE of the LAST WILL of ANNIE
LOUISA MASON EICHNER, late of Ni Ni East,
in the said State, widow, deceased, be granted to
Gustav Frederick Leopold Smith Eichner. of Ni Ni
East, farmer, and John Patrick Ryan, of Nhill, auc-
tioneer, the executors named In and appointed by
the said will.
