MOUNT GAMBIER, August 17.-The death oc-
curred yesterday afternoon of Mrs. Eltabcth von
Stanke, wife of Mr. C. von Stanke, of Claraville,
Mount Gambier. The deceased lady, who was 45
years of age, was the eldest daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Z. Golley, sen., of Claraville. She had not
been in the best of health for some time, and
death was due to heart trouble. She left a
widower and three children.
