An application was made for an order to
dispense with the naming of the co-respon-
dent in the petition which was tried on
behalf of Charles Arthur Dugan, motor
car driver, of Glenelg, for a dissolution of
his marriage with Sarah Jane Dugan, on
the ground that the latter had committed
adultery with a person whose name was
unknown to the petitioner.
