MR. R. A. HENSELEIT
The death occurred in the Wagga
Base Hospital yesterday afternoon
of Mr. R. A. (Alf) Henseleit, of
'Devonia,' Mangain, at the age of59 years. He is survived by hiswife; one daughter, Edna, and oneson, Gordon, all of Ganmain; threebrothers, Messrs. A. A. Henseleit,of Methul, Albert of Woorak (V.),and Otto of Queensland; and threesisters, Mrs. F. Voight, of Nhill (V.).Mrs. A. Smith of Woorak (V.) andMiss L. Henseleit of West Australia.The late Mr. Henseleit was born atMillicent (S.A.). When he was aboy his parents sold out and movedto Woorak (V.). Later he and hisbrother went to Barmedman andtook up farming. He returned toWoorak and married Miss MaryHann. The brothers then shiftedto Methul, where they continued inpartnership until Mr. Henseleit purchased a farm at Mangain, wherehe resided for 20 years until hisdeath. He was always a keen sport,and a good tennis and cricketplayer. He was a member of theLysterfield Tennis Club for someyears, secretary of the MangainTennis Club and a member of theMangain Cricket Club. He was alsoa member of the Mangain Parentsand Citizens' Association. Thefuneral will take place thisafternoon, the cortege moving fromthe Ganmain Methodist Church,after a service to start at 230, torthe Ganmain cemetery.
