OBITUARY

Mr. Hedley Percival Day. of Virginia,
who died recently, was the eldest son
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Luke Day. He
was born at Reeve's Plain 70 years ago
and married Miss Eva Manuel, of Two
Wells. He lived for a few years at Gol-
den Grove, but later took up dairy farm
ing in the Two Wells district. About
23 years ago Mr. Day moved to the Vir-
ginia Gardens, where be carried on
gardening successfully until recent
years. He is survived by a widow,
seven sons and one daughter and I8
grandchildren.
