Mr. Gordon S. Kelly
The death occurred at the Wagga
Base Hospital on Tuesday, 23rd Jan-
uary, of Mr. Gordon Snodgrass Kelly,
of Lockhart, at the age of 59 years.
Mr. Kelly was a son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. James Kelly, of "Cambus-
doon," Yerong Creek. He lived in
Yerong Creek, Lockhart and Boree
Creek district all his life, and was
very well known.
He is survived by a widow and
three sons, Mr. Bert Kelly (Boree
Creek), Sergt. Geoff Ke!!y (R.A.A.F.,
Narrandera), Cpl Syd Kelly (A.I.F.),
and one daughter (Mrs. Bert Den-
gate, Sydney).
He is also survived by two broth-
ers, Mr. W. Kelly (Culcairn), and Mr.
J. Kelly (Yerong Creek), and two
sisters, Miss J. Kelly (Wagga) and
Mrs. Page (Roseville, Sydney).
The funeral took place on Wednes-
day morning. The cortege moved
from St. Andrews Presbyterian
Church after a service conducted by
theRev. Chas. Wheeler, of Sydney,
who officated in the absence of Rev.
Emlyn ames.
The casket was carried by Messes.
Bert and Geoff Kelly (sons), Frank
Andrew and George Seeliger (neph-
ews), while the floral tray was in the
care of Messrs. Jim Kelly (brother),
S. Meyers (nephews), Trevor Wright
and W. Hannan.
Interment took place in the Pres-
byterian portion of the Wagga ceme-
tery, the Rev. Wheeler again officiat-
ing.
