An old respected district resident in
the person of Mrs. James Draper died
at Wodonga yesterday, aged 74 years.
Born in Adelaide she came to Wo-
donga when only 9years old, and since
then has resided continuously in these
parts. She was a daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Christian Zeinert.
She was married to Mr. James
Draper in 1889. . "
Besides her husband two sons. and
two daughters are left to mourn their
loss. The burial will take place at
Wodonga at 3 p.m. today.

20648The death occurred at Wodonga of
an old district resident, Mrs. Emma
Emilige Draper, wife of Mr. James
Draper, aged 74 years. Mrs. Draper
was born at Mt. Gambier (S.A.), later
coming with her parents, the late Mr.
and Mrs. Chris. Zeinert, to Wodonga.
On her marriage 45 years ago, she
settled with her husband at Leneva,
but for the past 15 years she had re-
sided in Wodonga. She leaves a
widower, and two sons, Edward and
Alfred, both of Leneva, and two
daughters, Bertha (Mrs. Hanel), of
Wodonga, and Annie (Mrs. Gordon),
of Melbourne. Messrs. Harry, Albert,
Henry, Gus and Fred Zeinert are
brothers, and Miss Bertha Zeinert, a
a sister of Mrs. Draper. Her mother
and a sister predeceased her this year.
Mrs. Draper is a niece of Mr. Schu-
bert, of Baranduda, who died recently.
