diction.—In the will of CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS OATES.
late of Lindfield, in the State of New South Wales, retired
grazier, deceased.—Probate granted by Supreme Court of
New South Wales on 11th July, 1961.—Pursuant to the Wills,
Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1940, Testator's Family
Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1938,
and Trustee Act, 1925-1940, the Union Trustee Company of
Australia Limited, the executor of the will of the said Chris
topher Francis Oates (leave having been reserved to Edward
Neville Oates, the other executor, to come in and prove the
said will), who died on the 28th January, 1961, hereby gives
notice that creditors and others having any claim against or
to the estate of the said deceased are required to send par
ticulars of their claims to the said executor, at 20 O'Connell
street, Sydney, on or before 19th February, 1962, at the
expiration of which time the said executor will distribute the
assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having
regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.—Dated
