committed to take her trial by the Mudgee Bench for
having unlawfully intermarried with one Smith, her
previous husband, William
Lancaster, being then alive.The prisoner was married about two years ago to Lancaster, a prisoner in Darlinghurst, under a sentence forforgery, and who was produced in court under a writof habeas corpus.
