GRONAN.—In this suitCatherine Gronan applied for a divorcefrom her husband on the ground ofadultery. The respondent was presentin Court, and in reply to a question byhis Honor he admitted the adultery.Petitioner stated- she was married torespondent at St. Francis's Church, in1886, and there were two children bythe marriage. The decree nisi wasgranted; petitioner to have the cus-tody of the children, the respondentto have access to them once a week.Alimony at the rate of 5s per weekwas agreed upon.
