third son ot James Gronan, to Catherine Cecilia,
only daughter of Edward Coyle.

GRONAN v. GRONAN.—In this suit
Catherine Gronan applied for a divorce
from her husband on the ground of
adultery. The respondent was present
in Court, and in reply to a question by
his Honor he admitted the adultery.
Petitioner stated- she was married to
respondent at St. Francis's Church, in
1886, and there were two children by
the marriage. The decree nisi was
granted; petitioner to have the cus-
tody of the children, the respondent
to have access to them once a week.
Alimony at the rate of 5s per week
was agreed upon.
