ville, in the State ot New South Wales, contractor, deceased.
—Probate granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales
on 16th December, 1946.—Pursuant to the "Wills, probate and
Administration Act, 1S98-1940 (Testator's Family Maintenance
and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1938, and trustee Act,
1925-1940), Geoffrey Leonard William Stephens, John Robert
Hobart and The Union Trustee Company of Australia Limited
(Incorporated in Victoria), the executors of the will of the
said James Benjamin Stephens, who died on 13th August,
1946, hereby give notice that creditors and others having any
claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are
required to send particulars of their claims to the said The
Union Trustee Company of Australia Limited, at 2 O'Connell
street, Sydney, on or before the 10 th March, 1947, at the expira-
tion of which time the said executors will distribute the assets
of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having regard
only to the claims of which they then have notice.—Dated
