The Wandrahm of 400 tons was built in 1854 at Reiherstieg, near Hamburg.

Under the command of captain H C Decker the Wandrahm departed Hamburg bound for South Australia on 23 Apr 1854 on her maiden voyage.  She arrived in Port Adelaide on 8 Aug 1854.

The Wandrahm made further voyages to Australia in 1862 (to Port Adelaide) and 1867 (to Moreton Bay, Queensland),

MISCELANEOUS.
The Wandrahm.- It will be seen that this ship has been 108 days on her voyage from Hamburg. The passengers to be landed here are 274 in number. Two adults and nine children died during the Voyage, two births occurred, and there are, at present three cases of sickness (gastric fever). Off the Cape of Good Hope, the Wandrahm spoke the Aramaita, irom Liverpool bound to an Australian port, but no further particulars have been furnished.
