Death of F.S.A. Pioneer

The death occurred at Orange last
Friday, at the age of 68, of Mr,
James Moad, of Sprlngrove, Mill-
thorpe, one of the pioneer members
of the local branch of the Farmers
and Settlers' Association and a life
member of the Association.
The late Mr. Moad was an original
member of the Potato Growers'    
Council and when the council was
re-formed and it became an elected
body he was elected to represent
growers in the western district.
Ho leaves a widow, three sons and
two daughters.

Supreme Court of New South Wales on the
fifth day of April one thousand nine hundred
and forty-three. Pursuant to the wills Pro-
bate and Administration Act 1898-1940 (Tes-
tators Family Maintenance and Guardianship
of Infants Act 1916-1938 and Trustee Act  
1925-1940) JAMES KENNETH MOAD and
ARTHUR ROY MOAD the Executors of the
Will of the said James Moad who died on the
first day of'January one thousand nine hun-  
dred and forty-three, hereby give Notice that
creditors and others having any claim against
or to the Estate of the said deceased are
required to send particulars of their claims
to the said Executors at care of the office
of CAMPBELL. CONDELL & PATON, on
or before the fourteenth day of August one
thousand nine hundred and forty-three at
the expiration of which time the said Execu-
tors will distribute the assets, of the said
deceased to the persons entitled having re
gard only to the claims of which he then
has notice Dated this first day of June
one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
