On the petition of Maria Keevll
(formerly Tiedeman) a decree nisi,
returnable in six months, was grant-
ed for the dissolution of her mar-
riage with William Henry Keevil on
the ground of desertion. The parties
were married on 4th April, 1891, ac-
cording to Presbyterian rites. Mr.
Patterson (instructed by Mr. W. D.
Thompts) appeared for petitioner; re-
spondent was not represented.
